예술과 문화, 농촌 사회와 연계되는 공통의 문제에 대해 관련 전문가와 예술가들이 자유롭게 이야기를 나누고 함께 고민하는 프로그램.
2023년은 전 세계 공통 현안 중 하나인 인구, 경제, 문화의 대도시 집중현상과 이에 따른 소도시와 농촌사회의 인구소멸, 빈집증가, 노령화 등 심각한 사회현상에서 예술의 역할에 대해 이야기할 예정이다.
세계 각국에서 현재 진행 중인 글로컬 협업 프로젝트와 친환경·미래 지향적 성공사례를 중심으로 이러한 사회현상에 대한 예술의 태도와 그에 따른 신선한 상상의 실마리를 풀어내고자 기획되었다.

A program in which related experts and artists freely talk and think about common problems linked to art, culture, and rural society.
In 2023, we will talk about one of the world's common issues, the concentration of population, economy, and culture in large cities, and the resulting role of art in serious social phenomena such as population extinction, empty houses, and aging.
Focusing on the ongoing global collaboration projects and eco-friendly and future-oriented success stories, it was designed to unravel the attitude of art to these social phenomena and the resulting fresh clues to imagination.
