서클댄스 '생명의 춤'

조화와 평화의 춤 써클댄스CircleDance
서클댄스는 생태영성공동체인 스코틀랜드 핀트호른에서 전통적 공동체의 춤과 생태영성철학을 문화예술과 결합, 심화시킨 몸의 언어이다.
남녀노소 누구나 자연스럽게 연결되어 쉽게 어울릴 수 있는 춤으로 단순한 동작을 반복하여 내 안의 우주와 나와 이웃이 춤을 추는 동안 하나가 되는 것에 의미가 있다. 
  
‘2023섬진강국제실험예술제’에서는 생태영성춤 ‘써클댄스’와 한국 여성들의 공동체성을 들어내는 화합과 축하의 춤, ‘강강수월래’를 접목하여 다가올 한가위의 풍요로움과 축제의 성공을 기원하는 축하의 춤을 춘다. 이 프로그램에 참여하는 곡성군민들과 관광객, 예술가들은 간단한 한지 워크숍을 통해 형형색색의 한지 치마를 입고 춤 출 예정이다.

‘지금여기통합심신예술학교’ 대표이자 무용가.화가.음악가 행위예술가.
다양한 테라피스트들이 모인 단체로 이십여 년 간 각종예술제, 산사음악회. 환경제 등에서  대중과 소통해 왔다. 특히 <달빛춤명상>을 통해 오랜 시간 관객참여형 공연을 진행하며 자연과 더불어 하나되는 춤을 연구했다. 

Dance of harmony and peace, Circle Dance
Circle dance is a body language that combines and deepens the traditional community's dance and ecological spirituality philosophy with culture and art in Pinthorn, Scotland, an ecological spirituality community.
It is a dance that can be naturally connected and easily matched by anyone of all ages, and it is meaningful to become one with the universe inside me and my neighbor while dancing.

The 2023 Seomjingang International Experimental Arts Festival combines the ecological spirit dance Circle Dance with the dance of harmony and connection expressed by Korean women's community, Ganggangsuwollae, to pray for the abundance of Hangawi and the success of the festival. Gokseong-gun residents, tourists, and artists participating in the program will dance in colorful Korean paper skirts through a simple Korean paper workshop.
