2021-2022년 ‘섬진강국제실험예술제(SIEAF)’의 다양한 시도들을 담은 영상과 사진, 홍보물, 티셔츠 등 결과자료들과 홍대 앞 12년, 제주도 6년의 실험예술제를 소개하는 영상자료와 도서자료집이 전시된다. 

이번 아카이브 전시는 순수예술에 대한 지역민들과의 심리적 거리를 좁히고 실험예술의 다양한 시도들을 흥미롭게 전달하고자 기획되었다. 
실험예술이 가진 실험성, 현장성, 우연성, 장소성, 일회성, 즉흥성, 희소성 등의 특징은 다소 생소하게 느껴질 수 있으나 이번 아카이브전시를 통해 실험예술의 발자취를 살펴봄으로써 이해를 돕고 익숙해지는 과정이 될 수 있을 것이다. 
아울러 곡성과 함께 만들어가는 문화예술적 성과와 가치를 공유하는 의미 있는 자리이기도 하다.

Results such as videos, photos, promotional materials, and T-shirts containing various attempts at the Seomjingang International Experimental Arts Festival (SIEAF) between 2021 and 2022, as well as video materials and book materials introducing the experimental arts festival of 12 years in front of Hongdae and 6 years of Jeju Island, will be displayed.

This archive exhibition was designed to narrow the psychological distance from the local people about pure art and to convey various attempts of experimental art interestingly.
The characteristics of experimental art such as experimentality, fieldality, coincidence, placeability, one-off, improvisation, and scarcity may feel somewhat unfamiliar to the general audience, but this archive exhibition will help them understand and get used to it.
In addition, it is a meaningful place to share cultural and artistic achievements and values created with Gokseong.
